The ESK 2.0 is equipped with 4DRY for better breathabilty, the sole is injected with carbon to make it featherlight yet stiff for skating.  Includes Thinsulate, Anatomic Footbed, and the  40degree lacing system insures a tight fit between the shoe and the foot in the rotation phase of the shoe toward the inner side when skating.
